Studio
Booked directly through this website, the rate for the Studio is $165 per night during the week, or $198 for Friday and Saturday.
A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated in the Studio. Two in the bedroom, one on the long couch, and one on a 4” folding mattress.
Casita
Booked directly through this website, the rate for the Casita is $198 per night during the week, or $230 for Saturday and Sunday.
The bedroom accommodates two guests but a 4” folding mattress for one additional guest is available for an additional charge of $30 per night.

You may also book through VRBO or Airbnb for an additional charge.
- The cleaning fee is $60 for one or two nights, or $80 cleaning fee for more than two nights.
- The sales and hotel tax is 12.5%.
- There is a 10% discount for stays of at least one week, and a 15% discount for stays of at least one month.
- There is a $30 pet fee per night for either the Studio or the Casita, and no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
- Up to seven guests can be accommodated if you reserve both the Studio and the Casita.
